		<description>good article.  i have had 3 operations for rotator cuff problems. first decomression,  second distal acromium/clavicular resectin and third wash out for infection.  also had repair of supraspinatus muscle with first op.  this subsequently ruptured and i am left with this still ruptured.
i have worked hard to strengthen the other muscles to compensate and have succeeded to a degree but still have pain and ache.      have to live with this now.</description>
